Welcome to Chances. Short version: be a decent human, and take your chances in the real world.
You must be at least 18 years old. By using Chances you confirm that you are.
Chances shows you people nearby who chose to be visible, lets you send one small signal, and lets the other person decide everything that follows. Chances is not a messenger, not a feed, and makes no promise that anyone will answer, appear, or be who they say they are. Meeting people is your decision and your responsibility; be as careful as you would be without the app.
Your photo, name and handles remain yours. By making them visible you grant us the technical license needed to display them to the people you chose, and nothing more. You must have the right to any photo you use, and it must depict you (or, for professional use, your business).
Spark, Glow and Beam are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. They renew until cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. The Night Pass is a one-time purchase valid for 24 hours. Prices are shown before every purchase. Free features stay free.
The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Chances. Reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours; content that breaks these rules is removed, and serious or repeated violations end the account, without refund of the current period. Harassment, impersonation, or abuse of the signal system counts as such a violation.
Chances is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Minimal Studio Labs is not liable for what people do at, before, or after a meeting, or for temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
